National Account Manager
Summary: A National Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key relationships with major clients on a national level, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales and profitability. They develop strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that align with the client's objectives
Work Hours:Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:
- Account Management & Business Development:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with big box retailers, addressing inquiries, and providing effective solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's product portfolio and market presence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis:Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Utilize market insights to identify areas for business growth and product development.
- Negotiation and Contract Management:Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Effectively manage contract renewals and modifications as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: ·Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to contribute to product improvement and innovation.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
- Industry retail sales experience is required.
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.
- Provide high level of customer service.
- Good organizational skills.
- Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-window based environment.
- Availability to work on Saturday.
- Fluent in French and English.
