After-Show Highlights |
|
If KBIS and Surfaces events taught us anything last month, it's that our industry has never been more inspired. Exploring of-the-moment designs, staying current with the newest technology, networking with our trade partners, and debuting fresh collections energizes us. It also sets the tone for a fabulous new year.
We're go-getters by nature, so our passion for bringing the world's most coveted surfaces to your fingertips goes into overdrive with these meetings of the mind. No matter how many years go by, we never take these shows for granted. |

All Hands on Deck @ KBIS |
|
Between the Gatsby style opening party, the uber-cool Discovery District in the South Hall, and the Palm Harbor Homes decked with our winning collections, everyone who is anyone in the kitchen and bath industry made an appearance at KBIS in Orlando last month. The fantastic turnout this year? It made hobnobbing with the crowd all the more fun.
You don't need to be an industry insider to know that homeowners are embracing modern styles like never before - and the imaginative installations at KBIS only make us love them more. The Brizo booth— featuring our very own Gray Glisten Subway Tile —was so sublime it nearly stopped us mid-track.
It's an exciting time to be in the trade, and we never tire of introducing new looks like Stile matchbook slabs and adding fresh colors and finishes to bestsellers like Q Premium Natural Quartz countertops. The stacked stone porcelain panels and fresh-cut timber looks waking up walls and floors? Just a few more reasons to enjoy where our industry is heading. |

Surfaces Flashback |
|
The International Surfaces Event may be over, but we're still feeling charged up by four brilliant days in Las Vegas. We had a memorable time with colleagues and collaborators - taking in all the eye candy, soaking up the compelling insights - and comparing notes on the most imaginative booths at the show. One of the high points of the goings-on was toasting our best customers at a cocktail party we hosted at Skyfall, Mandalay Bay's rooftop bar. Where would we be without our partners?
Back at the show, our booths were hopping. Attendees took a first look at our fresh off the market collections - global finds among our Top Five Design Trends - which are poised to shake up residential and commercial spaces this year. Our new Long Vein White Marble Q colors and STILE's 12MM book matched slabs were among the designer favorites.
If you didn't see us at the Wood Plank Selling center, we hope you had a chance to get up close and personal with our latest knockouts. Havenwood, our new wood look porcelain floor and wall tile collection, features large-format planks and chevron mosaics. Dekora Porcelain was another hit: its wood and stone-inspired looks deliver everything you love about ledger panels—tone on tone colors, texture, and dimension. Two other noteworthy expansions include Portico Pearl our just-launched Highland Park color; and for the great outdoors, trendy new shades in our Arterra Porcelain Pavers line. |
